I don’t really know how to start a diet :( can someone help me pleaaaaaaaaase?! what should i eat and what shouldn’t i? i do kickboxing 1 hour all week, but i don’t know how to eat healthy, heeeelp me!
Last June and then today. 145 lbs / 128 lbs
Holy shit! So glad I took progress photos as I still feel the same as in the first photo.
